Agreement applies to your use of the eTOCAB payment service and any related products and services as described and offered through www.eTOCAB.com (collectively the "Service"). This Agreement affects your rights and should be read carefully. This agreement was last modified on Jun 10, 2010. By using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all documents incorporated in this Agreement by reference. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not use or access our services.
- Use of the Service is granted to legally authorized parents and guardians of students and account holders to access information and make payments to the eTOCAB accounts of such students using this Service, but the Services are not available to minors (under 18), persons who are suspended from our Service, or persons who present an unacceptable level of credit risk.
- These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the eTOCAB you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
- All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.
- All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of eTOCAB.
- Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
- eTOCAB shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods (Study materials, Online Tests, any assignments) by the vendors, trade organisation/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of eTOCAB.
- All products are duly screened and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, composition, style or model that they represent.
- The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. eTOCAB reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), eTOCAB has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using www.etocab.com, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
- eTOCAB will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
- The User expressly agrees that the use of service(s) eTOCAB is at the Users sole risk. The Service(s) of eTOCAB Service is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. eTOCAB its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this Service. eTOCAB does not represent or warrant to maintain the confidentiality of information; although eTOCAB current practice is to utilise reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. It is also clearly understood that all warranties, implied or express take place between the vendors and the User.
- It is for the student to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exams or not. eTOCAB does not hold itself responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Institute.
- Institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams.
- Request for change of Address: Any change in the correspondence address or phone number should be intimated to Registered Office through a written application quoting the Name, ReferenceID, Roll No. of the student.

- If any student pays the fee for any course and wants to withdraw/ask for refund before the commencement of classes/course, 10% of the total course fee will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded. No refund of registration amount or Admission cum Scholarship Test fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
- If a student of any course leaves the classes/institute within 7 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, 15% of the total course fee will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.
- There are no refund and cancellation in case of Online Test Series (i.e. Online Test Series hosted under eTOCAB website)
- If any student leaves the classes/institute after 15 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course due to whatsoever reason, then no refund of fee paid will be made under any circumstances.
A student after joining any center of TOCAB Institute can shift to any other center of TOCAB provided his/her parents have either been transferred or changed their residential address. Proper proof for the same is to be submitted by the student at the new centre where he/she wants to join. However, no intracity transfer will be allowed under any circumstances.
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web or other online electronic sites or resources. You acknowledge that TOCAB / eTOCAB has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that TOCAB / eTOCAB is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that TOCAB / eTOCAB shall not be responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
